The course is modular, attended at monthly intervals and includes discussions, presentations and work groups. Mentored by Directors, external trainers and members of the in-house training team, the ideas and techniques shared here will serve you for the rest of your career.Director developmentA modular course for all levels of the Directorate, this aims to refine a range of skill sets, with particular focus on leadership and vision.
