Our client is a well-established organisation in the construction and property industry undergoing major technology transformation to simplify operations and enhance business performance.

Job Description



  • End-to-end delivery of HRIS transformation projects


  • Manage vendors, contracts, and implementation partners


  • Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget


  • Engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams


  • Oversee change management, go-live planning, and business readiness


  • Ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks


  • Report on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant



  • A degree in Business, IT, Project Management or a related field
  • 6+ years working as project manager


  • Proven experience in managing large scale IT projects, preferably within the Property industry


  • Experience in HRIS transformation or implementation


  • Strong leadership and team management abilities


  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities


  • Demonstrated strategic planning and risk management skills


  • Proficient in project management tools and software
