Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical application upgrade and remediation initiatives. These include Salesforce CRM, custom mobile applications, third-party platform migrations, and website updates.

Job Description



  • Lead planning and execution of key application upgrades (Salesforce, mobile, web)


  • Manage external vendors and SI partners through delivery


  • Ensure governance, timelines, and budgets are maintained


  • Drive successful go-lives and post-implementation support handovers


  • Engage internal business teams to define and prioritise requirements


  • Coordinate across technical and product teams for integration and testing


  • Manage reporting, risks, and cross-project dependencies



The Successful Applicant



  • Strong background in enterprise application upgrades or digital delivery
  • 6+ years working as a PM


  • Experience with Salesforce, mobile platforms, and website development


  • Strong vendor and partner engagement skills


  • Proven track record in leading complex technology projects


  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments


  • Agile and/or hybrid delivery model experience a plus
