The Development Accountant will manage financial reporting, feasibility studies, and project budgets for industrial property developments. They will also drive process improvements and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate forecasting and risk management.
We are looking for an Analyst with a strong focus on spreadsheets, budget control, and third party relationship management This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working on live development projects (focus would definitely be on day to day assessment of the development works of existing projects (BTS apartments, Land subdivisions and Commercial Office). You will prepare financial reports, manage cash flow, and support fund operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is key to delivering financial obligations and driving process improvements.
Collaborating closely with the CFO and Head of Finance, you will leverage your technical accounting skills across financial reporting and drive improvement across systems and processes.
