Job Description

As a Client Servcies Manager, you will report to the CEO and act as a key business partner to a range of clients to deliver key insights into their financial performance to ensure they reach their goals as a business. You will be the expert at in identifying inefficiencies and leveraging this to give strategic advice and guidance.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Client Services Manager will be able to demonstrate a customer centric focus, have excellent technical ability and a true passion for process improvement and automation.

  • CA, CPA or CFA qualified
  • Demonstrated experience with financial analysis and delivering commentary
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement experience
  • Strong emotional intelligence and incredibly adaptable
