September 3, 2015PageGroup is pleased to announce that Matt Gribble has been appointed as Regional Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand.Australian-born, Matt spent the first 11 of his 18 years with PageGroup in the Australian business, progressing to Regional Director, before taking the opportunity to lead the establishment of market-leading businesses for PageGroup in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. He recently combined this role with responsibility for all of our business in Africa, quickly helping us 'unite' our African businesses spanning Paris, Morocco and South Africa. Matt will lead our well established operations in Australia and New Zealand.With Matt joining the local organisation, we are announcing structural changes. As the first step towards changes to the local operations, we will be moving to a state-based structure in Victoria and New South Wales with dedicated leadership teams, replicating the approach already in place in Western Australia, Queensland and New Zealand. This will benefit the organisation and our customers with the management team now being able to focus their efforts full time ‘in state’ and support the business more actively in market. This change is key as we continue in our programme of investment in additional consultants to drive growth across both the Michael Page and Page Personnel brands.This progressive change also provides the opportunity to recognise the outstanding contributions of many staff who have been instrumental in our success to date and who will play significant roles going forward.
